Holidays… Provokes the best within me!

I have been working on a song for a good friend of mine… I was bored one night and saw her online on facebook so decided to ask her what I should write a song about…

She ended up saying that I should write a song called “Rise” and have the words “There is always hope” in the chorus… So I drew from this inspiration and created a song! Which she really loved! I am still working on the music and singing part of it… I’m not the greatest singer, but I don’t break glass… I’ll let you hear it so far! I probably wont get around to making it any better XD So this will probably be the final… Ahh well I tend to do that a lot… I have about one hundred half written songs in a folder somewhere!!!

Finalised fROCK photographs

I chose to call my Rockabilly website fROCK. It sounds a bit alternative, and I wanted to go with that kind of theme. You can say it as frock (meaning dress or clothing)… Or eff rock, which sounds a bit rude and naughty! But I kind of like that aspect too! fROCK (Rockabilly web Assignment)

These are just a few of the photographs I took for my Rockabilly website assignment. I chose to focus on the fashion side of it XD… I really enjoyed web design, and really want to look further into it… Maybe even get a job as a web designer! Even better, make my own business!!! Ahh, hopes and dreams…

No more Etsy…

My hope of becoming rich through creating beautiful hand made goods has now diminished. I am now studying Interactive and Visual Design (Graphic design) at university, and am absolutely LOVING it!

First semester is down! Another 5 to go and I have finished forever! It seems so short… The course is only 3 years though…

It’s HOLIDAYS now! 7 weeks of pure nothingness to enjoy! Not really, I have a few things to do…

1. I want to go to a life drawing class and get better at drawing the human figure

2. Watch all the Star Wars movies (because I never have and they’re classics and a friend told me that I MUST watch them…)

3. Gotta watch V for Vendetta, Fight Club, Zeitgeist, Wake Up Call and Matrix

4. Chillax and waste time on Facebook, DeviantArt and CREATING!!!

I am incredibly excited… I have already made a song and a dance within 3 days!!! I think I am doing alright…
